Conrad and Associates, Realtors was established in 1963 in a small Spanish building near downtown San Clemente. Formerly known as “George Conrad Co.”, we are one of the first real estate company's in the San Clemente area. The attractive climate, booming Orange County economy, breath-taking beaches, and private mountainsides brought in hundred of thousands of families from the Eastern and Central States. With the wonderful climate and favorable economic conditions, Orange County business rapidly exploded with growth decade after decade.

Due to the high demand of the business and the flourishing growth of Orange County, Conrad and Associates, Realtors was expanded and relocated into a larger building located down the street. Thanks to the hard work of the owners George and Louise Conrad, the company flourished in the Orange County area. After a decade, the business was given to the young and talented hands of Bob and Mary Jo Conrad. After successfully brokering the business through the 70’s, 80’s, and 90’s, the company added sons Jeremy, Bill, and Steve Conrad, making the company a third generation for almost a decade.

Since 1963, the company has sold every type of property in Orange County, from Ocean view estates, beach fixers, ranch properties, apartment buildings, commercial buildings, mixed-use projects, and vacant land.
