Bill Conrad was born and raised in San Clemente, California where grew up surfing the beaches, skiing the local mountains, and enjoying the California lifestyle. Bill has lived in Orange County for over 30 years and he understands the beauty and tranquility that Orange County has to offer. Bill attended the University of Arizona, where he fulfilled a Bachelor of Science Degree in the College of Communications. For almost 10 years, Bill has been part of the Conrad Real Estate Team. Steve was born and raised in San Clemente, where he is a surf, snowboard, scuba diving, and fishing enthusiast. While enjoying the great atmosphere of Orange County, he grew up watching his parents successfully broker the business. Since 2002, Steve has been a part of the Conrad and Associates team. He manages the day to day demands of the business. He is a full time sales agent, as well as a property manager specialist who helps our clients with their rental properties. Sarah Melton

Listing & Transaction Coordinator

Sarah Melton ensures your experience with us is smooth and uneventful. Sarah coordinates with all parties involved in the sale of your home. Escrow, Title, Appraisal, Termite, Inspection, Lender, Buyer, Seller, Listing and Buyer Agents are just a few of the many people she contacts on your behalf. There are approximately 32 people to coordinate with in a transaction. Sarah consults with the team members on a daily basis, and is always ready and willing to go the extra step for you. Sarah also takes care of all of our marketing, including individual property listing coordination, newspaper, magazine publications, internet related advertising as well as unique campaigns that are created and designed on an as needed basis to suit our client's individual needs.
