Bill Conrad has lived in Orange County for over 25 years and he understands the beauty and tranquility that Orange County has to offer. He has personally witnessed its transformation into a diverse, fun, and family orientated area.

Bill attended the University of Arizona, where he fulfilled a Bachelor of Science Degree in the College of Communications. With over five years of experience in the residential real estate business, Bill has developed firm negotiating skills and an aggressive marketing strategy for his real estate business.
