Bill Conrad has lived in Orange County for over 20 years and he understands the beauty and tranquility that Orange County has to offer. He has personally witnessed its transformation into a diverse, fun, and family orientated area.

Bill attended the University of Arizona , where he fulfilled a Bachelor of Science Degree in the College of Communications . With over six years of experience in the service and retail businesses, Bill has developed firm negotiating skills and an extensive marketing strategy for his real estate business.
