Brad began his professional career as a project manager for a general contractor.  During his career he has been awarded two patents from The United States Patent and Trademark Office.  Brad has also served as a leader in the hospitality industry for more than ten years.   In addition to his recently earned Realtor license, Brad is ordained as a minister.  He brings excellent social and negotiating skills, attention to detail, and a high degree of motivation and energy. 

Brad is a member of the Conrad and Associates Realtors sales team, a team dedicated to continuing excellence and honesty.  The team has successfully served the South Orange County real estate market since 1963.
