Sarah Melton ensures your experience with us is smooth and uneventful. Sarah coordinates with all parties involved in the sale of your home. Escrow, Title, Appraisal, Termite, Inspection, Lender, Buyer, Seller, Listing and Buyer Agents are just a few of the many people she contacts on your behalf. There are approximately 32 people to coordinate with in a transaction. Sarah consults with the team members on a daily basis, and is always ready and willing to go the extra step for you. Sarah also takes care of all of our marketing, including individual property listing coordination, newspaper, magazine publications, internet related advertising as well as unique campaigns that are created and designed on an as needed basis to suit our client's individual needs.
